We provide free shipping for orders over $46 within Canada. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or UPS standard service with tracking information and email notification.

Additional charge may apply for items that are delivered to remote locations referred by Canada Post as "Air Stage Locations". Our Customers Service Representative will contact you when extra charges need to be applied.

Flat Rate Shipping Charges

For orders less than $46, a flat shipping fee of $8 will be applied. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking information and email notification.

Processing Time

We usually ship our orders within the same day if your order is placed before 4:00pm.Orders placed on or after 4:00pm will be shipped out the next business day.  Orders placed over the weekends will be processed on Monday. Orders placed over the public Holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Delivery Time

The delivery time may take from 1 to 5 business days depending on where you are located in Canada once the order is shipped. 

* Estimation given by Canada Post, some delivery can take longer.

  1-2 Day(s) to Toronto and Montreal

  2-3 Days to Vancouver and Calgary

  4-5 Days to Yukon, North West & Newfoundland

Other Shipping Option

We also offer "Next Business Day Delivery" via other Carrier(s) by charging a flat fee of $29 (you can easily select the way when checking out.), or, you can contact our Customer Service Representative for more details.

Shipping Notes

Once a package leave our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the Post Office considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the ship day, please contact our Customer Service Representative to file a claim.
